Shipping & Returns:

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. While delays are rare, occasional unforeseen circumstances may lead to extended processing times.

Shipping Insurance Information:

Optional insurance is available if you wish to protect your package from damage or loss during transit for an additional flat fee of $20.00 up to maximum claim of $300. Without insurance, in the event of damage or loss, a maximum claim of $100 per package applies. Please note that we pack up to 50 pounds of ammo in a single package. Should a package go missing or show as delivered but not received, you must promptly report the issue upon discovery. Reports of undelivered packages marked as delivered must be emailed to Ammo Flea Market within 3 days for us to process a loss claim. In case of a lost package claim, a GPS trace from UPS is used to verify delivery location. If the GPS confirms delivery to your address, insurance coverage does not apply. The insurance exclusively covers loss during transit and does not extend to losses post-delivery to the correct address.

Returns Policy:

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns for ammunition or other products once they have been in the possession of the public. All products are sold ‘AS IS’ with no warranty, whether expressed or implied.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Once an order has been shipped and has departed our facility, it is ineligible for cancellation. Refusal of delivery by the customer or post-shipping cancellation may result in a restocking fee of up to 20% to offset lost shipping and associated costs. Orders can be canceled free of charge if they have not yet shipped, up until the status changes to ‘completed,’ signifying packing for shipment. We make every effort to cancel orders before they are picked up by UPS, but this might not always be feasible. Please note that tracking information may not immediately update after pickup (commonly  4 to  6 hours), so even without an updated tracking status, the order could have already been shipped.

Redirected Shipments:

The customer bears all expenses associated with redirecting a package to a new address, including adjusting the delivery address from the original one submitted with the order. If an address modification becomes necessary after shipment, the customer is accountable for any carrier fees, intercept charges, extra transportation costs, or related expenses, regardless of the circumstances
